JOB TITLE–Office Manager 

SALARY-£38,700.00

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Office Manager your duties will include processing, planning, organising and coordinating the activities of Vehicle Damage Assessors. Managing the inspection diary for each assessor and route planning. Ensuring damage reports are processed and sent to clients in a timely manner. Liaising with clients. Update and prepare reports for the director. Manage office staff. Monitor reports including amendments to reports.

Responsibilities:

        Provide Information to clients, re Assessment reports.

       Field telephone/email enquiries from Prospective clients.

       Ensure delivery of assessment reports to clients.

       Plan work and route schedules and diary booking for assessors.

       Handle customer complaints.

       Carry out general clerical duties.

Experience & Skill:

Diploma

1yr Experience

Good Communication Skills 

Excellent Organisational Skills
