Inevitably we often find ourselves in the position of “middle men” between two or more parties. However, we take great pride in this position of trust as our expertise can bring any number of disputes to a fair and speedy conclusion.

We always aim to inspect vehicles within 48 hours of instruction wherever possible, however, we will make immediate contact with parties involved if there are any delays in obtaining access to the vehicle.

And also given the possibility of replacement vehicle hire charges being incurred and on-going storage charges, we appreciate that speed and accuracy of inspecting and reporting is critical.
